Izabella Travel Well was created from a passion for travel, wellness, and experiences that help people feel renewed. We believe that a retreat can be more than a getaway — it can be a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return with greater balance and clarity. Our goal is to create inspiring journeys that combine beautiful destinations, yoga, relaxation, and mindful living.

Meet Your Guide

Guidance Rooted in Experience

Izabella brings together experience, intention, and a genuine passion for helping others feel well. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and supportive guidance to create a space that feels both uplifting and welcoming.

Izabella is a yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She’s been teaching yoga in Chicago for over 3 years. Her passion is giving people the tools through intelligent sequencing and mindfulness to feel comfortable and connected in their body and mind. While cultivating a space that feels playful, safe, inclusive and allows you to show up exactly as you are. Her hope is that you will feel challenged yet joyful.

Guided by curiosity, Izabella continues to expand her knowledge through workshops, trainings, and self practice. Her classes blend Power Flow, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to strengthen the body, while Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation deepen connection to the self.

Izabella’s path has included two of 200-hour trainings and a comprehensive 300-hour training under her mentor Daniela Mandala at School of Healing Arts

She also holds certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Art of Flow Vinyasa, Yin Somatic Yoga, and 200-hour Power Yoga.
